Tremors were felt in and around the Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province for the second time in 24 hours. The local population is terrified as a result of the frequent earthquakes.

The earthquake had a magnitude of 4.5 on the Richter scale, according to the Geological Survey. The earthquake struck at a depth of 120 kilometres, with the epicentre in the Hindu Kush mountain range.
