Karachi: On Monday, the DG excise department implicated police in misusing their authorities as the Sindh Police recovered an allegedly kidnapped man from his office. “The ‘habitual criminal’ was in the excise personnel’s custody” he alleged. On the other hand, police blamed the department for demanding a ransom of PKR 2 million from the illegally kidnapped man.
