When asked about Indian Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu’s travel to “Arunachal Pradesh,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said, according to CGTN.

The so-called “Arunachal Pradesh” has never been accepted by China, according to the spokeswoman.

Zhao also urged India to sincerely respect China’s major concerns and take concrete steps to keep the China-India border region peaceful and stable.

The three territories of Monyul, Loyul, and Lower Tsayul were used to form “Arunachal Pradesh.”
