Lahore: Judicial Magistrate Jowaria Munir Bhatti issued bailable arrest warrants for Saba Qamar and Bilal Saeed for ‘promoting obscenity and allegedly disrespecting the Wazir Khan Mosque’ in their song ‘Qubool hay’. Both accused were summoned to court earlier but failed to show up in court.
