Mazhar Hussain Shah, spokesperson for the government in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, has told Al Jazeera that at least 13 people have been killed due to Indian shelling in various areas across the region since last night. Shah said a child under 10 is among the dead. More than 50 people have also been wounded, he added.
