Israel’s military said air defences intercepted a missile fired from Yemen during the anniversary of the October 7 attacks. “A surface-to-surface missile was fired from Yemen,” where Iran-backed group have previously launched missiles towards Israel, the military said in a statement, with warning sirens audible in the commercial hub of Tel Aviv.
