On Nov 12, while addressing a seminar at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad, Afghanistan’s acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi denied the presence of anti-Pakistan entities in Afghanistan. He also assured that the Taliban-led country was making utmost efforts to assure that Afghan land was not used against any state.
