The chief of the Afghan central bank has fled Kabul and blamed president Ashraf Ghani and his inexperienced advisors for the situation of chaos in Afghanistan. He also questioned the loyalty of Afghan security forces. He said, “On Sunday I began work. Reports throughout the morning were increasingly worrisome. I left the bank and left deputies in charge. Felt terrible about leaving staff.”
