Addressing a press conference, the head of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) Asad Umar has ruled out any possibility of the imposition of a complete lockdown amid rising cases of COVID-19 in the country. He said that the smart lockdown will be imposed across the country and added that the smart lockdown policy introduced by PM Khan was lauded across the world.
