It is reported that at a private hospital in Rawalpindi, a lady doctor slitted the throat of a baby during his birth. A woman named Azra Bibi was brought to the health facility located at the city’s Chandni Chowk. Doctor Naila reportedly attended to the patient. The father of the woman registered a case against doctor Naila in the New Town police.
