China’s Defence Minister Li Shangfu called on Chief of Naval Staff Amjad Khan Niazi. Both discussed the countries’ military relationship as a key part of bilateral ties. They also pressed on “expanding into new fields of cooperation” to bolster the capability of the two neighbors in safeguarding security in the region.
