Noor Muqaddam, daughter of an ex-diplomat, reportedly contacted her family the day she was brutally killed by Zahir Jaffer. It is reported that in her last message to her family she said, “Don’t look for me or contact police if you want to see me alive”. Noor Muqaddam had been previously hurt by Jaffer and was depressed.
