A petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC), challenging the recent hike in prices of petroleum products by the federal government. The plea has been moved by the Judicial Activism Panel in the Lahore High Court.

Court acquits LK Advani, MM Joshi & 30 others 28 yrs after Babri Masjid demolition

A special CBI court in Lucknow on Wednesday acquitted 32 accused, including BJP veterans LK Advani, MM Joshi and Uma Bharti, of criminal conspiracy charges around 28 years after Babri Masjid was demolished in Ayodhya. The case has been investigated by CBI and the agency produced 351 witnesses and nearly 600 documents as evidence before the special court.
