On Monday, a report from national agencies revealed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Counter-Terrorism Department was not capable of fighting. As per the report, CTD had become the hotbed of problems in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, due to the lack of manpower and resources. It said that was not possible to stop the terrorist attacks in the province. Moreover, National bodies recommended restructuring, resourcing, and training measures for CTD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on an emergency basis.
