On Wednesday, the kingdom’s tourism minister told that Saudi Arabia was putting on 240 flights a week. The decision is taken to ease overland travel to attract tens of thousands of football fans attending the World Cup. The efforts are aimed at jumpstarting the developing tourism sector in the once closed-off kingdom.
