Usman Buzdar announced that 32 percent of the job quota in provincial government employment would be reserved for south Punjab. Moreover, he said that the decision to include Mianwali in south Punjab is under consideration as well. By this, the job quota will rise to 35 percent. PM Imran Khan will soon introduce the South Punjab secretariat in Bahawalpur, he added. He claimed that the PTI government made a historical increase in budget that is 66 percent for the uplift of new projects.
