The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Tuesday that Pakistan would host the Men’s Champions Trophy in 2025. PCB Chairman, Ramiz Raja, while reacting to the announcement, stated with utter joy that it was a matter of great pride and satisfaction that the country would host the major tournament under ICC. It will be the first major global cricket tournament to be played in Pakistan since 1996 when Sri Lanka won the final against India.
