It is reported that PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday urged that Prime Minister Imran Khan submit his resignation and face the law after an inquiry report by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) proved irregularities in the Daska by-election. According to the report, ‘police and the local administration failed to play their assigned role in a requisite way and were found [to be] tools of their illegitimate masters during the by-election’.
