According to Turkish media, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced on Wednesday that he expects to meet with his US counterpart Joe Biden on the margins of the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow.

Erdogan’s comments to media on a flight back from Azerbaijan came after the White House published Biden’s agenda for this weekend’s G20 conference in Rome, which included a meeting with Erdogan.  “The agenda of Rome and Glasgow seems to have changed,” Erdogan was quoted as saying. “We will probably meet in Glasgow instead of Rome.”
