QUETTA: Three brothers were killed and a relative injured when a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED) struck their pick-up in Duki district on Sunday, police said. SSP Mansoor Ahmed Buzdar said the vehicle was crossing a seasonal stream near Killi Bakhtair Khan in Luni tehsil when the blast occurred. The victims were travelling to their agricultural land when the attack took place. The IED had reportedly been planted by unidentified miscreants.
