The death toll from an Israeli attack on the town of Deir ez-Zahrani, in southern Lebanon’s Nabatieh district, has risen to four, according to the Lebanese Civil Defence. Earlier, officials reported that two people died in Saturday’s attack and five others were injured. One more body was recovered in the rubble from the attacks, the Lebanese Civil Defence said, while a separate search party discovered another casualty.
