Two people were killed and two others wounded after Israeli forces opened machinegun fire near the southern Lebanese city of Nabatieh, according to Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency. The victims were reportedly near an excavator clearing a road in Al-Nabatieh al-Fawqa. Separately, Lebanese media reported an Israeli drone strike in the nearby village of Tabnit.
