Russia says it seizes control of village in Kharkiv region

Russian troops have taken control of the “populated area of Vilcha” in the eastern region, the RIA news agency reports, quoting Russia’s Defence Ministry. It was not possible to independently verify the claim, and there was no immediate comment fr
