A baby has died from the cold in Gaza, making him the fifth infant to succumb to the harsh weather amid displacement, lack of shelter, fuel and warmth in less than a week, medical sources have reported. One month-old Jumaa Al Batran died in a tent in Deir Al Balah in the central Gaza Strip. The health of his brother, Ali, has also deteriorated, the sources said according to the official Wafa news agency. Four new born babies, all less than 21 days old, have died in recent days due to the cold.
