The Israeli military said it had completed a ‘’focused operation’’ at the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza and arrested 240 people. It claimed the arrested, who included the hospital’s director, were held on suspicion of being Hamas operatives. The army also detained 15 people who they claimed had participated in the Hamas-led attack on Israel on October 7 last year.
