The Israeli army said it recovered the bodies of six hostages killed in Gaza. They were found during a joint operation with internal security agency Shin Bet in the Khan Younis area of the enclave’s south. “Overnight [Monday], in a joint operation, the bodies of the hostages Yagev Buchshtab, Alexander Dancyg, Avraham Munder, Yoram Metzger, Nadav Popplewell and Haim Perry were rescued from the Khan Younis area in the Gaza Strip,” the army said. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the operation.
