EU foreign affairs minister Josep Borrell has called for an investigation into the deadly shelling that damaged an office of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Gaza. The Red Cross said 22 people were killed by the attack on Friday. “An independent investigation is needed and those responsible must be held accountable,” he added.
