Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian at a checkpoint in the occupied West Bank on Sunday, according to local media reports. Rami Taqatqa, 44, was killed and ambulances prevented from reaching him at a checkpoint near Jerusalem, the official Wafa news agency reported. Israeli media said he was shot dead by border police after attempting to stab a police officer.
