Iran’s Foreign Ministry has said images emerging from Al Shifa Hospital are “horrifying” following a two-week raid that left hundreds dead. “The images published from Al Shifa, the witness statements, videos and news reports about the amount of destruction, torture, killing and the number of Palestinian detainees in this hospital are horrifying and shocking,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said on X. An international investigation is “urgently needed”, he added.
