The Israeli agency COGAT, or Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories, says the convoy of 15 trucks was blocked by a crowd of Palestinian aid seekers. It is part of only a small trickle of aid that Israel has let into northern Gaza in recent weeks as people there fall deeper into hunger and starvation. COGAT said Israel’s military is “further reviewing” ways to bring aid into Gaza, particularly the north.
