A second Israeli bank has blocked the account of an Israeli settler after US sanctions over settler violence in the occupied West Bank. The government-owned Bank Hadoar blocked the account of David Chai Chasdai on Monday morning. “The Postal Bank must respect and uphold international sanctions and legal orders, as required by the international financial system,” Israeli media quoted the bank as saying.
