Israel’s military claimed that it destroyed tunnels laid out beneath Gaza’s largest hospital, which forces raided late last year, prompting an international outcry. The military said that the operation to demolish the tunnels had not caused harm to Gaza’s Al Shifa Hospital itself. It added the tunnels were 250 metres long. A video released by the military showed several explosions going off between buildings. The Associated Press could not independently verify the video.
