Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said that the kingdom sought to intensify its efforts to stop the escalation in Gaza. “Saudi Arabia is working to create conditions for the return of stability and the restoration of the path of peace to ensure that the Palestinian people obtain their legitimate rights and achieve just and lasting peace,” read a statement from Spa news agency. In a meeting, he told US Secretary of State Antony Blinken: “We must work to stop the military operations in Gaza that claimed innocent lives. International humanitarian law must be respected, including lifting the siege on Gaza.”
