New Delhi: It is reported that India’s holiest river the Yamuna was blanketed with toxic foam on Monday. This is adding to the sufferings of New Delhi residents already withstanding a covering of thick smog over the capital. The city government accused the mess of heavy sewage and industrial waste expelled into the river from further upstream last week.
