Lahore: It emerged that the World Bank in its third party report on Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has termed the institution a ‘low-cost model’ for education buildup. The report notes that per capita expenditure in PAF’s partner schools is one-fourth that of public sector schools. ‘The PEF quality assurance and control mechanism has been rated as the best among all other educational projects,’ Asad Naeem, MD PEF stated.
