Geneva: The World Health Organization alerted wealthy countries on Thursday against hoarding of COVID-19 vaccines for booster shots as they try to fight off the new Omicron variant. The organization also threatened that the supplies to poorer countries where inoculation rates are low are not up to the mark, the WHO’s vaccine director, Kate O’Brien, informed a briefing.
