The World Health Organisation said on Thursday that 346,209 people have been internally displaced in Lebanon, with 142,361 are living in shelters. “Hundreds more are living on streets with no access to health care,” it said in a post on social media. It said that hospitals in Lebanon are overwhelmed with injured patients and struggling to provide health services for everyone who needs them.
