Spain: On Oct 17, the president of the Canary Islands, Angel Víctor Torres, stated that there would be no timely end seen in volcanic eruption on La Palma since it began about a month ago. Because of ash from the volcano, Airline Binter had also cancelled all its flights to La Palma on Sunday.
