US energy envoy Amos Hochstein said on Thursday that his country had always wanted to see normalization between Saudi Arabia and Israel. Mr Hochstein said that hope should not be lost and that the goal remains the same. The US remained committed to regional integration but it had to be broader than Saudi-Israel, he added.
