The United Kingdom supports Germany, Brazil, India and African representation as the permanent members of ‘reformed United Nations Security Council(UNSC)’. Speaking at UN General Assembly meet on UNSC reforms, UK’s permanent representative to UN Dame Barbara Woodward said, “We support the creation of new permanent seats for India, Japan, Germany, Brazil, as well as permanent African representation on the Council.”
