Dr Anwar Gargash, diplomatic adviser to the President and former minister of state for foreign affairs, has reiterated the need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and an end to violence and regional escalation. In a post on X, Dr Gargash said the delay in the establishment of an independent Palestinian state should be recognised as a “failed policy”.
