The UAE today dispatched a plane to Al Arish in Egypt carrying 25 tonnes of food, medical, and relief supplies for Gaza. The aid, intended to enter the enclave via the Rafah crossing, was sent in co-ordination with the UN World Food Programme, Wam reported. The UAE launched its “Tarahum for Gaza” campaign in October to collect and prepare relief packages for vulnerable groups, especially children and women.
