The ‘Rai’ storm is said to be moving at 195 km per hour, according to international media. Due to the collision with the southeastern islands, up to 400,000 people have been displaced, and they must be evacuated by rescue teams.

Thousands of Army personnel, Coast Guard personnel, and firefighters have been deployed around the country.
