Two women were kidnapped, paraded naked, and then gang-raped in a village near Naukot town in Sindh’s district Mirpurkhas, according to local reports.
The two victims were taken by more than 20 Tangri community members from 16-Mile at Nafees Nagar from the house of Mohammad Hanif Rajput inside the jurisdiction of Naukot police station late Saturday night, according to sources. The incident occurred after a female from the Tangri group left her home and married a boy from the Rajput clan, according to local sources. The Tangri people exacted their vengeance after the occurrence.
