US President Donald Trump has said that while he was not aware of an Israeli strike on a Gaza hospital overnight that killed 20 people, including five journalists, he is not happy about it. “I’m not happy about it. I don’t want to see it. At the same time, we have to end that … nightmare,” he said of the war in Gaza.
