Mr. Trump posted on Truth Social on Tuesday morning ahead of his court appearance and berated special counsel Jack Smith. “This is the Thug, overturned [sic] consistently and unanimously in big cases, that Biden and his CORRUPT Injustice Department stuck on me,” Mr. Trump wrote. He also said, without evidence, that Mr. Smith “planted” information in the boxes that FBI agents seized.
