Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin has decided to seek a third party view before taking any action in case of a cyber-attack on the data center of the Federal Board of Revenue. It is reported that Pakistan’s premier spy agency had already warned the FBR about the high possibility of a cyber-attack. Shaukat Tarin said, “I will review the report and take a third-party view before taking any action.”
