Ten people have been killed and at least 10 others been wounded in a mass shooting in a largely Asian city in southern California, law enforcement, with the suspect still at large hours later. The incident occurred at Monterey Park, about eight miles (13 kilometres) east of downtown Los Angeles, which is home to a large number of ethnic Asians, US police say.
