Lahore: Punjab Assembly Speaker Sibtain Khan on Wednesday penned a letter to President Dr. Arif Alvi, asking him to remove Balighur Rehman from the post of governor. The speaker drew attention to the unlawful measures in a letter addressed to the president. In light of the governor’s status as the president s representative, Mr. Khan pleaded with the president to forbid him [governor] from taking any unconstitutional action.
