Spain to evacuate citizens from Lebanon

A Spanish jet will arrive in Beirut this morning to evacuate Spanish citizens from Lebanon, the government has said. The aircraft has been adapted for the evacuation mission, the Defence Ministry said on X. Several countries have started evacuating their citizens from Lebanon as Israeli air strikes continued across the country.
